Superior Smiles of Memphis

Had an exceptional visit to Superior Smiles this week! The staff was incredibly professional from check-in to checkout, making me feel comfortable throughout. Dr. Sherrye Cosby was absolutely thorough - conducting a comprehensive exam, reviewing X-rays in detail, and clearly explaining my treatment options. What impressed me most was how fast and efficient the process was without feeling rushed. The office is clean, modern, and the team's attention to detail really sets this practice apart. Highly recommend for quality dental care! Already looking forward to my next visit.

I called to make an appointment for a clean up as a new patient, but the receptionist had a dull attitude and sounded as if she didn’t want to do her job. Improving professionalism and courtesy would improve customer experience outside and within the vicinity.

This is the worst dentist office and it’s strictly due to how terrible the dentist is. I was pregnant during my visits and she made constant remarks about how Im acting like im just so big by breathing heavy. Clearly she has never been pregnant. She also never finished her job. I had several appointments for ONE root canal. She told me she wasn’t sure if I actually needed a root canal but she wants to wait so that once she starts if one is needed she can be prepared to do it. She said this for like 3 appts and when I finally said I keep rescheduling so that you can “be prepared” and you never are and I’m taking off work for this. She said “this only takes 30 minutes why do you keep taking off work?” Girl it takes you an hour to call anyone back there and when you do you just talk bad about

I am so disappointed. I have been a client over 20years and for the last 3 to 4years now every time I try to schedule an appointment is almost a 6month to a year out. They might as well say no appointments available. And the out of pocket price is ridiculous every thing has doubled.. This sadness me cause I liked Dr. Crosby

If I could give zero stars I would. The absolute most unorganized, rude and down right unprofessional practice I’ve ever experienced. You can’t expect professionalism from the staff if the doctor is worse. Even the building is outdated with no effort to make the experience pleasant. Just aweful
