Superior Medical Staffing

I have been with Superior for several years since they were Nurse Staffing. I have never had any issues with the staff until they hired Rebecca. There has never been a time when she wasn’t rude. Her tone is filled with aggression and animosity. I have had several phone encounters with her and none of them were pleasant. I usually would just sweep it under the rug but I’m not the only one having an issue with her. She can be so rude at times to the point she will hang up. I was so displeased with her customer service I asked for an email address for Tony and she refused to give it to me. I informed her I was going to report her because the way she speaks to clinicians is unacceptable she then hung up on me again. Hopefully, something can be done about this in a timely manner. I have been with Nurse Staffing for years. I have not had any issue until they hired Rebecca. She is so rude, unprofessional, lacks the willingness to assist and empathy. I am starting to feel like it is not worth my time or energy staying with Gale if I have to deal with her on ANY level.

I have been with Superior for years, before Nurse Staffing became Global. (When Ms. Betty was in the Lakeland office) And never had an issue until they hired REBECCA in the Orlando Office. Sadly this lady is VERY RUDE, Disrespectful, don’t know how to communicate with anybody. She hangs up the phone when asking to speak to someone in upper management. Something needs to be done about the above because it’s not fair the way employees are being treated and I’m quite sure the office is aware. Sad!

This company changes your life where you can see more money than you ever seen Payton Tyler Mike Jennifer are always on time with doing things in a fashionable manner and if they can't do it right then in there they will get back to you they're always willing to resolve the problem they were with you and I'd guess you I enjoy working with this team it is a see the whole Florida I go to anywhere I don't want to pick up a shift as needed at and do not have any good place

They are horrible!!! The staff is rude. You have to fight to get paid correctly and don’t sign up for more than three shifts in a week because they will cancel it.
