Amazing staff! I had two crowns and a root canal done over a period of a year(which were my first) and upon telling them about my nerves, they did an amazing job explaining each step of what they were going to do and what to expect. They also ensured my comfort every step of the way! This is hard to find with any medical professional and to have such a great experience. I'm thankful for the team here on their empathy and is why I continue to go to them! Thank you Dr. J and team!

It all began with the phone call—Karina made scheduling my first-time patient appointment such a smooth and pleasant experience. She was kind, helpful, and immediately made me feel comfortable before I ever walked through the door. When I arrived for my actual appointment, it somehow got even better. Karina greeted me with so much happy, welcoming energy—I honestly felt like I had just stepped onto a cruise ship! That positive vibe set the tone for the entire visit. I found Superior dentistry very people friendly. from the warm greeting to being offered a blanket. Pillow.sunglasses, lip balm and stress relievers to make me comfortable. Each stap was explained to me so I was informed what was going to take place next. I was always asked if I was doing alright. The exam went smoothly and all questions were addressed. I was very pleased.

The staff was incredibly friendly and upbeat. The office and exam areas looked clean and organized. Most important, they were able to get me in quickly and arranged follow up appointments within the coming weeks around my schedule so I didn't have to wait 3 months or take days off.

This was my first visit and it was very friendly. They asked me if I needed anything to make me more comfortable. Also kept me informed of what was happening and explained everything very well. Made me feel at home.
