Purchased equipment. Installers lied to the office and told them that it took four hours to carry a compressor upstairs. It only took them five minutes. I ended up getting a ridiculous bill. We wanted a water and air quick connect built into the chairs and got billed for two hours to install two quick connects. Obviously I’m very upset. Especially at the rates They charge per hour.

I needed some replacement power supplies and Lou quickly responded that he had them, tested them for me and gave me a fair price. If I ever need anything else dental equipment wise, I'll be sure to give him a call first!
