My 2 kids were patients here for 5 years. The dentist we see has been good. We have had several dental assistants with poor beside manor. Which is especially frustraiting because this is a pediatric facility. The front desk has mis quoted me on pricing on multiple occaisions. They are a ZERO out of 10 when it comes to customer service. They called me and asked me to move my sons appoinment up over an hour earlier than it was scheduled for. They said it was to accomodate an extra procedure. I knew we already were scheduled for 2 thus leaving me to believe they were moving things around for their own benefit. I took my son to the dentist for his very first visit and when I tell you they treated him like absolute royalty—I mean it! From the moment we walked in, the entire staff was so welcoming, polite, and patient. They had games and iPads to keep the kids entertained, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. During his appointment, they made sure he was comfortable every step of the way. He left with a sticker, a balloon, a mini toothbrush, and toothpaste—he felt like a little king! It was such a pleasant experience, and I couldn’t have asked for a better first dental visit for my son. I highly recommend this office to any parent looking for a dentist who truly cares about kids. The staff was phenomenal, and they go above and beyond to make the children feel special.

It’s unfortunate that the Plantation office doesn’t have an orthodontist. My daughter’s appointment was scheduled months in advance. Unfortunately, she no longer has dental insurance through Medicaid. I called the Coral Springs office last week when I found out and asked the person who answered how much the visit would cost. I also explained the situation, and this person told me it was a free consultation. My daughter’s appointment was today, October 31. Yesterday, I received a text message saying there was an issue with the insurance. I called and explained the same situation again, and I also informed them that my daughter would start a new insurance plan on November 1. The office manager Julianna at this location is awful! She’s rude, arrogant, disrespectful, unprofessional and demeaning. My nephew had an appointment and she INSISTED I was giving her the wrong date of birth. It wasn’t so much of her insisting I was giving her the wrong date it was her tone and saying to me TRY AGAIN! And so on. She’s definitely not a positive role model to her colleagues. I’m just thankful they don’t act like her. I would have loved to give a better review because the rest of the staff is EXCELLENT, including the do the doctor but the with what I experienced I should’ve rated it a one.

The Plantation location is so much more better in cleanliness , friendliness , communication and more. I chose to switch because this is closer to my kids school but I am always having problems with this location. So disappointed. Also , if your appointment is at a certain time, they wont see u until that actual time
