Kara is an excellent PT who specializes in pelvic floor PT, which also means she happens to be particularly knowledgable about the surrounding areas such as low back, hips, groin, and pelvis. She is kind and understanding, seeks to truly understand what’s going on before trying to treat it, and meets you where you’re at to make treatment effective and as easy as possible. I have seen many PTs in my life across a number of injuries, and Kara is world-class. She also clearly cares about her patients and isn’t ever going to rip you off — she proactively suggests timelines for slowing down and eventually quitting PT as you recover. After undergoing surgery for a ureterocele and appendix removal, I was struggling with abdominal weakness, scar tissue pain, and lingering discomfort from my duplex kidney condition/IC symptoms.
