Experience has been horrible so far and I haven’t even had my appointment yet. Tried to reach them 3 times prior to my appointment for them to send a request for medical records and no one called back. When I finally reached someone I was berated for waiting till the last minute. When I arrived for my appointment today at the address THEY provided, the office is dark and locked. I am currently on hold for going on 20 minutes to find out where my appointment actually is. So I currently don't even know if I will be able to have my appointment. Their prerecording says they are experiencing staffing shortages, I would definitely choose another provider until they get these issues under control.
