I felt I had a UTI. I called and asked if they could send an RX to my pharmacy. They said no, but if I drove up to the office and give a urinalysis sample they could. So I drove up there, 43 miles each way, checked in and gave the sample. 3 days later I tried to call them and the phone rang and rang. I tried to reach them for 3 days. No luck. No one called me I reached the answering service and left word. Never heard from them. I changed doctors.
Have been trying to get an appointment for 1 week. Last week I spoke to a person and was promised a call back within 1 hour. Seven days with no call back and then being on hold for 15 minutes the office stated they could not give me an office appointment because they are too short handed. Great customer service.
They got me in fast and I was treated like a valued patient. Was seen by a Doctor - not an assistant. I like that.
