Very friendly staff, there to help you in whatever way they can. It's been awhile since pharmacy staff will actually laugh and smile and interact with you all while still doing their job.

Very kind and helpful staff

Very rude pharmacist, I picked up a liquid compound for my cat and on the way home the bottle leaked. I checked the cap and it was tight but it leaked when on its side. I called back and they said they would remake it the next day. I went to pick it up and showed her the bottle that still leaked when on its side. She refused to remake it unless I paid full price. She insisted it was fine when it left her pharmacy. She was on the phone yelling at someone on the other end when it was picked up the first time so I don't know how she would know that. Very poor customer service! I guess the customer is never right in her world. Shameful!

Other pharmacy's START with a 2 hour wait, Sunshine staff are quick and friendly, they go out of their way to get the drug that your Insurance will approve, and usually 10 min. and I'm in and out. Love this place cause I hate wasting time wandering up and down the isles in the big W------!

They have things that are hard to get elsewhere but I sort of dread going there because I find some of the staff to be argumentative and not on top of their game when it comes to details. Seemed much better a year ago. Change in personnel?
