This company is one of the best medical companies I have ever dealt with, I understand that they have been sold or merged with a new company. I had a question on my bill so I called and spoke to a CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED REPRESENTATIVE. He told me that they do not take care of billing out of this office but gave me the information i needed to talk to the right people at the billing company. ( I wish I got his name) He offered advice on what to say to the billing company and even asked if I needed a follow up phone call. It is rare today to get good customer service, this company actually cares and are not afraid to help you and point you in the correct direction.

Account was paid years ago but OAC decided to send to collections. Dispute on Credit Karma if you have experienced same issue and it’ll be removed.

My bill was paid in full, but still reported as unpaid and in collections....tisk tisk....fix it! One reason to keep a sharp eye on your credit. Unscrupulous false reports even when you have paid.....shame shame...

My bill was paid in full but I am showing I am in collections now for years with this company!
