Sunshine Pediatrics

Very disappointing. Each time I go they try and see my other kids for anything under the sun to get additional money. ( including vaccinations that can be done at their own physical which is not due yet and would be free during their own visits) I went for my son’s Physical and his med refill. Told the receptionist and the student Nurse Practitioner what I was there for. Med was not refilled. Asked for the prescription the next day and they said I would need a whole New appointment since the Doctor did not discuss the refill during his full Physical. We weren’t asking for a dose adjustment and he was on the same dose for aprox 1 year. Seems the office wanted more money no matter the inconvenience. Do not recommend going here if you expect quality care, compassion and friendly service.

Love this doctor there's only one doctor on site your not pushed on doctor's you don't know an don't know your child he's sweet very caring. The staff is lovely, careing, my grandbabies run in with hugs for the staff. Very beautiful sweet ladies, very clean environment

Just called to schedule an appt for a child that has been neglected and not taken to the doctor for years and was told that he couldn't be seen without past medical records.. I told them that they don't need medical records and should run their own tests . What if the child was misdiagnosed with the other doctor ! That would mean their medical records would be wrong and they would bee treating his for a wrong condition..the smart thing to do would be to run your own tests.. Medicaid assigned him to a Dr refusing to see him.

Dr. Rahim is the most loving, caring, and experienced doctor I’ve ever had the pleasure of taking my child to. He always listens to our concerns, goes over all the options, and makes extra time if we have any questions. My 5-year-old adores him and actually gets excited to go to the doctor to see him. When I was a struggling single mom he always made sure that we had plenty of formula samples to get us by and always when out of his way when my child needed care. I would recommend him to any parent looking for an amazing pediatrician!

Dr Raheem is an excellent doctor who really cares about his patients and the parents of his patients. Our kids both have been under his care since they were babies, 14 & 16 years now. He does not take walk-ins but all it takes is a call and the Dr will get you in asap. Just recently my son was hospitalized and Dr Raheem came and visited him morning and evenings on Saturday and Sunday and gave me his personal cell should I need him. How many doc’s will do that in todays times! Again, excellent Dr and your kids will be in caring hands!
