I love the staff, they are very nice and helpful to me and my daughters, Dr. Jalil has always treated us like family, my daughters feel very confident and comfortable with her and trust her completely, sometimes it gets busy but for Jalil I will wait cause one of the things I love about her is if I need to be referred to a specialist she only sends me with the best, I will continue to go even if I have to wait. Best doctor ever!!!!

The wait time here is ridiculous! I love dr. Jalil but she's only in after 3 and its PACKED at that time and you already have to be prepared to wait at least an hour and half in the waiting room, I'm currently in the room waiting been here over an hour and I came early in the morning to try to get in and out. They need little extra pep in their step out here.

I have been coming to sunshine pediatrics since 2019 when my son was born because it was recommended. The lack of customer service is awful the wait time is horrendous. I wouldn’t recommend for 1st time moms they make you wait in the lobby with every sick patient you can’t wait in your car for them to call because their excuse is that they can’t call you in on the phone to come in. I’ve only had bad experiences here. The practitioners are awful at explaining anything! Don’t waste your time here.

Nice environment, friendly and accommodating staff members, and the doctor is extremely knowledgeable, kind and thorough in every thing she does!

I just want to say the doctors here are amazing but when given a scheduled appointment you would expect to arrive with your son/daughter and be seen on the time given not have to wait three four hours passed the scheduled appointment just to be given a room then have to wait another 30 minutes to an hour and second the rude receptionist in the front desk needs to learn how to keep her personal issues to her self rather than be rude every visit. Great doctors just horrible wait time and staff
