Sunshine Healing and Massage Therapy is exactly what the name promises — healing and sunshine. Stephanie is such a kind, compassionate owner who clearly loves what she does. The environment is calming, and the massage experience is thoughtful and effective. I always leave feeling lighter, relaxed, and well cared for. I can’t recommend Stephanie and her practice enough!

Stephanie is AMAZING. She is super sweet, incredible at what she does, and leaves you feeling like a new woman. Bonus: it’s an adorable place. I can’t recommend her enough!

I cannot recommend Ashley A. at Sunshine Healing in Jefferson enough! From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel comfortable and cared for. Ashley has such a natural gift for massage — she knows exactly how to find tension and melt it away, while also creating a calming and relaxing environment. Every session I’ve had with her has been both therapeutic and rejuvenating. Whether you’re looking for deep relief from sore muscles or simply want to relax and unwind, Ashley truly listens to what your body needs and tailors the massage perfectly. She’s professional, kind, and incredibly talented. Honestly, she’s the best massage therapist I’ve ever been to, and I’m so grateful to have found her at Sunshine Healing. Jefferson is lucky to have her!

Sunshine Healing and Massage Therapy is a great place to go for body work, whether you're looking for relaxation and/or deep tissue work, Stephanie does a great job, and will ask about the goals/problem areas at each visit. Although I haven't experienced massages with the two others who work here, I can only assume Stephanie would only add top notch message therapists to her team.

This place is such a gem! All of the therapists give EXCELLENT massages, each with their own unique strengths and style. The space is peaceful, relaxing, and tastefully decorated. I recommend Sunshine to anyone in the area wanting to get an amazing massage!
