My ENT recommended Sunshine Audiology and I am so glad he did. I had a great experience with Dr. Tracy and the office manager Cele! I was so impressed with Dr: Tracy’s professional yet personal approach. My hearing issue is more complicated than some and I found her to be extremely knowledgeable about even my condition. She did thorough testing and spent a lot of time explaining things and helping me decide on the best path to take. I highly recommend Sunshine Audiology!!

Sunshine Audiology offers an amazing service. It is nearly impossible to find an audiologist that offers central auditory processing disorder, test testing, let alone treatment. I had my checkup today at Sunshine Audiology and was, again, very pleased with Tracy’s attention to details and thoroughly setting my hearing aids to work perfectly for me. Both Tracy and Ceal, the office manager, are friendly, kind, and engaging. I popped in the office about a month before my appointment because my hearing aids seemed off - Ceal cleaned them up and I was good to go. I highly recommend Sunshine Audiology for all of your hearing needs.

The office staff at Sunshine Audiology is friendly and welcoming. Their office is located in a reconverted house and is clean, modern and asthetically pleasing. Making the appointment was easy, and the appointment reminders were appreciated.Dr. Volkman was easy going and friendly, and spent an hour with me testing my hearing and going over options available to me with my current hearing devices. She explained my hearing loss clearly and did not try to sell me anything new but made her practice available to work with me going forward with what I already use. I highly recommend Dr. Volkman to anyone considering hearing aids, or anyone looking for a new provider to work with you using your current devices.

Perhaps the best care and service I’ve received from any healthcare provider (or any service provider) of any kind. Tracy and her staff are courteous, kind, thorough, and thoughtful. I’m a musician and needed a new pair of custom earplugs as well as a hearing exam. I felt completely at ease in her office and I knew right away that she was experienced and trustworthy. The earplugs fit great, and I know that if I need follow up care, she will be there for me. I highly recommend Tracy and Sunshine Audiology. In an era of less than stellar service just about everywhere you go, it’s reassuring to know that some people still believe in taking care of their customers/patients and do things the right way.
