Listen to your gut feelings. This established is not well organized at all. I still decided to give them a try even with the reviews. Sign #1 I called to make an appointment and I was advised that if that doctor doesn’t work out your open to try another one, weird. 2. I noticed the establishment is all Spanish speaking. I’m American. Language barrier already started. How are you a medical center and no one speaks or understands clear English? I pulled up to my appointment and already felt uneasy shook off the feeling. I signed in and waited 20 mins before I went to the desk and asked what’s going on. I didn’t even sign any new patient paperwork. Lady looked confused , not knowing I watched her take the sign in paper and put it to the side because I signed on the last line and put a new one

I been a patient since 2017,Of Dr.Lubinsky , but today I had to see Dr. Martha Chippa, because he didn't have appointment for a physical exam until next month, this new Dr is new to the group , she just checked my lungs by deep breath in the chair that I was sitting, never asked to sit on the table, didn't check my abdomen, my vision , my ears with the scope as they are supposed to do for a physical. Never looked straight at me , got frustrated with herself because she didn't know how to e- prescribed. My medicine .. awful Dr. , will be following up with my original Dr. Bryan Lubansky in 3 weeks

I’ve been to this clinic multiple times, and the service has always been terrible. They don’t respect time and make you wait for hours just for follow-up appointments. I’m changing my primary care doctor today and won’t be going back to this clinic. You’ll be waiting for hours if you do.

Everybody is very nice, the nurses and Dr Polania, very good. But sometimes I call at " open" hours and the answering service is on. Also then I suffer from recurring ear infections, and twice already they tried to give an appointment for 5 days after my call. They refused to send antibiotics and they can't see me, so I have to go to Urgent care and pay way more for my copay. So my question is, why do I have a PCP that I can't see ?. Leaving ear infections alone is not only very painful but can lead to hearing loss.

Everyone is so nice at this office. It is efficiently run. It is very clean and bright. My doctor is wonderful. Appointments are on time or early. And, they will even draw your blood for you instead of having to go to one of the big Laboratories. Parking is easy with very good handicap access. I am very happy to be a patient here.
