I brought my English bulldog mix to see Dr. Silvberg for the first time after a frustrating experience with another vet and specifically wanted a doctor familiar with the breed. The previous vet ran X-rays and blood work, couldn’t find a cause for what I thought was a seizure, yet still prescribed epilepsy medication, which I wasn’t comfortable putting my dog on for life without a clear diagnosis. Dr. Silvberg took the time to truly listen, explained that she didn't think my dog had a seizure, and advised against the medication—something that could have actually caused seizures if he were ever taken off it. She was incredibly patient, never made me feel dismissed or like a bad pet owner, and even sat on the floor with my dog to really get to know him. She was far more knowledgeable about E

They’ve tried multiple attempts to collect on a fake charge. I took my cat in 6 months ago and received an invoice for $30 via email. No explanation of what the charges were for or anything. I sent several emails asking what the charge was for and then they told me it was for a nail trim. Funny because no nail trim was ever done during the visit since my cat was with me the entire time. And if it did happen, why are you now charging me six months later? Several additional emails later, they are now, claiming that it was for one of my other cats who I have never brought in to this clinic. This is truly sad how much they are reaching just to collect some extra funds from customers. Because we had a very good visit when I brought mochi in, and the staff was extremely friendly.

Great veterinarian (Dr Silva-berg) we always have a good experience there. Today we adopted our foster English Bulldog from Rescue love bulldogs. Allesendra is wonderful to work with, Roxy is our second rescue from her, Grandpa Moke was our first and he was so sweet. We're looking forward to many years with Roxy.
