As an older but active woman, I often find that physical therapists and orthopedists don't take me as seriously as I'd like. And PTs often just recommend a canned set of exercises that feel like a waste of time, either because they duplicate something I already do in my regular strength-training routines or because they don't challenge me enough. Katie at Sunrise PT is the first PT I've seen who treated me with true respect, listened carefully to both my symptoms and regular workout patterns, and then designed a set of exercises that was specific enough to challenge me and round out what I'm already doing. I would 100% recommend them to anyone. We're SO lucky to have them in our tiny little town!
