Sunrise Medical Pharmacy

Incompetent. I have taken 10 mg zolpidem for years at bed time. It's easy to find my rx on the Albertsons website. Yet somehow sunrise hospital can't easily fill my need. Yet somehow sunrise hospital can fill my prescription at midnight and I have to complain and get out of bed to get them to do what they're supposed to do. They want me to sleep I'm sure but they can't prescribe a medication I've been taking for years that would be easy to prove if you go to the Albertsons website which is where I get my drug. Yes somehow when I get up out of bed and start yelling about it the drug shows up. The pharmacists are probably asleep and too busy to be bothered by the needs of a patient I'm sure they want me to sleep they just can't provide me a drug I've been taking for years. Systems are

Terrible service, guys mumble everything they say. Transferred all of my son’s prescriptions without my permission. And when I asked him to transfer them all back he told me he would “ when I have time” and I said well they should have never been transferred at all and I need confirmation that it will be back to your pharmacy today. He got irritated and asked “why would I do that?” Well probably because it was your mistake. He said he had customer to help and trying to rush me off the phone. I told him I’m a customer… and you shouldn’t answer a call for a customer if you’re just going to be rude and not offer any professionalism or help… So he calls me today after I had to call the hospital and the heart center to get it refilled through them because he refused to help. This has to be the best pharmacy we’ve ever visited. Super friendly, able to compound and bill directly to insurance which a lot of places don’t. Always ready on time. Can’t beat them! Moved down the road due to construction on hospital so call for directions before going.

I can't say enough about how fantastic these folks are! Doing business here reminds me of the small town pharmacy we used growing up, where the pharmacist knew your name and greeted you like an old friend. Additionally, they have always been able to quickly and accurately fill my daughter's various prescriptions, even when the doses are tiny for an infant. We drive from Henderson because Sunrise Medical Pharmacy is worth it!
