Sunrise Medical Center (Thunderbird Palms Medical)

As a new patient Dr. Dhingra was amazing! He explained my condition thoroughly and how to approach it. In one visit I felt the care and concern he had for me as a patient. His assistant, on the hand was not. There was a delay of approval for a medication that was prescribed. I contacted my insurance company to see what could be done because I was in great need of the medication. When relaying the message back to his assistant to resubmit as, "Urgent" she refused. She stated, "I am not. It will cause the first submission to be delayed." I also asked her to ask Dr. Dhingra, but I don't think she did. I told her the insurance rep stated it would be a 48hr turnaround and she still refused. We spoke a few times that day and she stood her ground. A week later I was admitted to the hospital an

I had my first appt with Chelsea today and I am grateful. She listens and cares. She did not rush me and addressed all my concerns. PLUS this clinic runs on time!!! Great experience.

Reception desk received me pretty well first visit! Helpful given me note paper withaddress for Lyft to get to the hospital. Thank you very much

Dr. Dhingra nurse, I believe her name was Danielle, super rude individual. I would never send anyone here with the way she speaks to people.

Dr. Hrabak is a great Dr. he listens and responds without making you feel like a bother.
