Sunrise Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation

the whole entire staff is very helpful and awesome with the patients!! which makes me feel VERY VERY VERY GRATEFUL BEING MY GRANDMOTHER IS THE ILDEST I E CTHRRE NOW SHE WILL BE 82 on February 9th!! Thank you everyone for taking such great care of her!! MANY BLESSINGS TO ALL OF YOU!!

Walking by I was almost ran over by an older lady leaving there, she stopped her car then took off as I was in front of her. I jumped out of the way and wasn’t hurt badly. When I go to report it with the workers they yell at me she was a visitor they think but they don’t keep a visitor log! I’m pretty sure this is illegal! I feel sorry for the patients stuck there and their families.

My Fiancé came in a few weeks ago from hospital. Administrator, ChrisAnd the nursing staff, have tried to make our short term rehabilitation stay from the hospital. A smooth transition. The nursing staff and the DON Amy, hands down amazing, best I’ve seen in Avery rehab rehabilitation nursing home. Amy is very Hands on with all her patients and staff. Chris is personable with family members and everyone included. No problems go unheard or unanswered. I wouldn’t hesitate to use or recommend “Sunrise manor” again. Thank you for everything you do. You are appreciated.

I am currently laying in one of their beds as we speak and I can tell you from the last 3 days I have spent here, it is absolutely awful. Your families are not being cared for properly. Showers are not given, there is no regard to patient privacy. A doctor sat in here today and went through my roommates medical and mental health issues and talked about them openly the entire time. An “aid” is sitting right outside our bedroom door arguing with her “man” and when I say right outside our door, she might as well be in here. The staff speaks and act loudly all throughout the night. I have several videos recorded of the amount of noise they make at 3,4,5 in the morning. It’s absurd. This facility is hands down 5 stars. Chris, the administrator, is extremely helpful, genuine and caring as is Barb the receptionist! Happy residents, efficient staff and a clean, odor free facility. First time being at a nursing home I wasn't blue in the face from holding my breath!~ :) I would highly recommend
