I want to commend the staff at Sunrise Dental of Monroe on their professionalism, efficiency, and the genuine concern they demonstrated for me, while I was having a broken tooth repaired. They did a wonderful job and made sure I received an appointment right away.

I could have never imagined a trip to the Dentist being a "Happy Experience!" What an exceptional group of pleasant, informed, sensitive, and professional Dentistry Professionals! Starting from the beginning, at the Reception Desk, with the friendly "Hanna, and Whitney" even sending convenient text appointment reminders in advance, and having my dental and insurance records onboard, handy and ready upon my arrival. Then getting top shelf service, and attention, from the personable, courteous, and simply outstanding Dental Hygienist "Julie!" Topping it all off with detailed and highly skilled work, on my damaged crown, from "Dr. Lim"! Julie and Dr. Lim were always making sure I was comfortable keeping me informed on all the steps of my procedure along the way. They made a great team working

The staff all the way from the Dr’s to the front office they are awesome they always remind us of our appointments. Hanna is the office manager I know her for years she is always gracious sympathetic and understanding very knowledgeable in all the she does.
