Sunrise Country Manor

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were able to help me find the room I was looking for and the person that was helping my friend was very kind and patient with me in helping me to understand what was going on and what needed to be done. Wonderful facility. Highly recommend.

This is the absolute worst care facility I've ever seen. They treat patients worse then dogs. While being there you'll hear multiple patients ask for help using the restroom and all get ignored by multiple staff walking right by them. Then the staff get upset at them when they have an accident. The food is place out of reach from the residents with mobility issues. Nobody deserves to be treated like these patients are being treated.

I've been at Sunrise several months. Would not be here except it was the only place that would accept me for physical therapy because of being on dialysis. If I could give a lower rating, I would. - Food is absolutely unbearable with no options if you have special dietary requirements i.e. diabetic friendly. Meats are cooked so hard they are like shoe leather "casseroles" are no more than glops of over cooked pasta with a few shreds of what ever protein they have on hand. - Many staff are incompetent, rude and/or act inappropriately. - Medications were often missed or wrong. - Transportation services are unsafe and/or unreliable. - The facility is woefully understaffed especially on weekends. Often with one nurse for a 70+ bed facility. - Grievances are often left unattended to.

My son recently moved to Sunrise Manor and I've been very happy with the facility, the level of care provided him, and general attention he receives. It is a bright, clean, well managed facility and most important - very caring on a personal level.
