Sunray Healthcare Center

My health required that I go to a sub-acute facility for a time. Since my requirements were specific Sunray was one place in Los Angeles that met them. I received excellent care from the nurses and administrators. This facility is full of heart and soul. Thank you to my great nurse, Oneida, Miguel, the social worker, Yvonne, the RN supervisor, Sergio, Salvador, Reggie, Kouiti and Theresa, who fed me, J.J. & Joe Joe my respiratory therapists, and last but not least, Aldrin, my wound nurse. Each of you was kind and caring. You are the best!

Had to take my father out of there- Food is terrible, the cooks in the kitchen don't know how to cook, food is cold, the kitchen staff are very rude, specially the PM cook JUAN, and Dietary Aide PAULA, why are these people still working if they don't even know what they're doing. please Dietary Supervisor- Do something about it!!!!!!

SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN! Negligent place. RN on personal phone calls even with people standing in front of her waiting for her to put importance on the well being of patients. NEVER LET ANYONE COME HERE! SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN! It's dirty. Worse part of LA. Old beds. Bedside tables broken, old and not taken care of. Ceiling almost falling. Staff was without compassion. Expect the speech therapist! No one gives a response or wants the responsibility of giving a response of how patient is doing.. While there. I saw a Patient sitting in a wheelchair....left in the shower unattended! The place smells like urine once you walk in. The AC doesn't work. And for the cherry on the top. They don't even have a doctor working there. From what we was told. The doctor only comes once every 2 weeks! THE PHOTOS

My 90year old father is there now. They are taking care of him, to help him get back on his feet and walking. The place is decent and the staff is very helpful and polite. No one wants to go to a rehab or a Skilled nursing facility. But thank god we have them. I approve of the health care they are providing and grateful to the staff and their efforts. I don’t like the 3 people in a room when I see rooms with just one person 🤷🏽‍♂️ ! But so far that would be my only complaint.

This Facility not good. This Carlos person told my mom that she was not supposed to tell my brother about what was going on because they were not taken good care of her. My mother didn't last a whole day in this Facility because they don't do a good job with their patients. My whole family went and toke my mom out of there. And of course they were not happy about it but we didn't care. The only good person was a lady named Carla who was there to clean the patients and she was sweet but besides that really bad place to leave our family member . Wish I could give a cero ⭐to this place.
