What a horrible experience I had simply asking if it would be possible to add extra services to my massage. I would never ever recommend anyone come here and support such an unpleasant owner. All I asked was to add a 10-15 minute foot massage after my body massage and instead I got berated by the owner for choosing the wrong service and not being educated to the point of her asking me “did you go to school?” Why would you be so unnecessarily rude to a customer simply asking to pay for additional services? I didn’t demand a discount nor did I complain about my body massage. I just asked for a short foot massage afterwards and got tormented because I “should have studied biology”.

Service gets worse as time goes by. I have been coming here for years since COVID, but their service lately has been inconsistent. When I come for a combination massage, I’m expecting to get a foot soak before they start working on my feet and my back. I paid $65 (their prices have also gone up) and didn’t get a foot soak or work done on my feet at all when that was what was requested. On my back, the masseuse didn’t know what he was doing. I got 0 knots out of my body. After the service, front desk asked about my experience and when I told her about my experience of missing the foot soak, she didn’t do anything about it but just shrugged. I would probably never come here again.

Great foot massage. My tech knew what she was doing, where to apply pressure (not just rubbing up and down the feet), and the moderate pressure made it felt so relaxing. ( middle age women, medium build, forgot to ask her name)

Please don't go there. I paid for 90 minutes and they gave me an 80 minute massage.The young cashier in front lies naturally.It's not worth a single star. The service gets worse as time goes by.

We love this place! We come here as often as we can. The quality of the service is consistently good. Scott at the front desk takes such good care of us. He is so thoroughly in listening to what it is that we're looking for with that particular treatment and what we might need. My boyfriend had Alan and will definitely request him next time. I had Andy this time and he was very good. (I like to try out different people when I'm there.)
