Was in a lot of pain in my right knee. the place was nearby, so decided to come here for a change. staff was nice and place was well organized and clean. the nurse who helped was really nice to chat n helped me somewhat relaxed considering i have high anxiety everytime i am in any doctors visit. the nurse practioner examined my knee n did an xray. the gentleman who gave me the xray was friendly n made me feel comfortable. afterwards thr N.P. decided not to give me an injection for my safety. She gave me tips to help manage my pain best i can since im allergic to most other meds. i was hoping for a steroid injection for the pain but i know its only temporary n because of the current meds i am taken, it wasnt advised to do so. overall I highly recommend this place. i have been to many U

I needed a TB test for work. I used an AI search on Claude, to find Sunny Hills. I walked in to the office and noted how clean and nice the waiting area was kept. Two ladies at the front desk greeted very professionally and friendly. After I expressed my need, I was directed to a desk to sign in, and create new patient paperwork. After completing the online form, I was called in for my test. The nurse that helped me was very kind, and explained everything completely and clearly. I received the test and was ready to leave. I highly recommend this facility! The test was cash pay, since it is not a covered service with my insurance company.

Great place to get help when you are sick. Not packed with a bunch of sick people like in a hospital ER. I just question why when they put me in a room I'm waiting a little bit longer to be seen by a provider when there is only one patient there besides me. Anyways, the parking lot nearby was convenient and free for the first 3 hours and I am glad they take my health insurance (HealthNet HMO). I will continue to go here whenever i need urgent care. If you live in the Fullerton, Brea, Placentia or Anaheim areas come here when you are sick.

Doctor was great during appt but wrote wrong dosage on prescription.Trying to get someone to respond was horrible customer service. A sick child with no correction on dosage for 48hrs? Even after 4 calls 2 messages left by me alone(my pharmacy left 2message as well). Had to go into the empty urgent care and waited over 2 hours for a correction. Do not waste your time especially with a sick child.

No refund possible, Angela yun and front desk who wouldn’t give me her name. No doctor, only nurse practitioner. Submitting a true med board complaint because what office claims they do incision and drain. But when I go in, with all the info upfront, they charge me like they can actually do something, nurse says no one in today will do an incision and drain, and on top of that no refund. This service is listed on your urgent care and prices. This is fraud.
