Dr. Chadha and her team have l been wonderful in helping me manage my psoriatic arthritis. They listen, explain treatment options clearly, and have really improved my quality of life.

Horrible. Waited 2 months for them to confirm they received my records from my primary in order to make an appt. My primary sent everything over 4x… called today and they said they were not accepting new patients. What the actual hell.. and every person I spoke to over the phone that said they didn’t receive my records .. until today, were extremely rude and wanted to hang up before I could get a word out. Don’t waste your time going here’s I’m glad I was never seen because I’m sure it would have been a disaster

Unfortunately her office ran me around for over one year to get results, testing, notes & diagnoses from my other doctors and specialists. They would keep saying they didn't receive things and force me to start over. After having several specialists send over things related to my connective tissue disorder and arthritis and tendon issues, they told me they cannot take me as a new patient due to availability issues. Complete waste of time and lack of appropriate medical grade customer service.

She's nice until your health care takes a lot of work, then she dismisses you, she's just looking for the easy cases

I have been a patient at this clinic for a about 6 or 7 years and it wasn’t until a couple of years ago when I started experiencing some difficulty with the office staff with getting my needs met. Today was the last straw, I really had no understanding of why I was being treated the way I was being treated. All I wanted was a handicap sign form filled out and returned to me, and it turned out that the young lady said to me that it’s written in your file that your mean and nasty and she hung the phone up on me, not once but twice. So I hope and pray that you don’t experience what I experienced because it was really traumatic.
