We bought three pairs of glasses here. The salesgirl on the afternoon shift was quite unpleasant and had a grumpy attitude towards customers, perhaps because we are Asian.
They had a wide selection of all the top designers. Esther was super helpful and knowledgeable about every Sunglass lens and frames. She will even order sunglasses that they don't have in stock and have them delivered straight to your house or the store.
Ordered from Oakley an "In-Store" pick-up and they literally "next day" aired my shades here. Stupid fast. I was in and out in less than ten minutes. Can't complain at all.
I’ve been sitting here since 1:55 pm and it is now 2:13 pm on Friday, May 16, 2025 and the store has been closed. Now I have to go all the way to Collierville. How is this store in business with all the horrible review!
Purchased / invested in Meta glasses for my husband. Service from Manager was exceptional.
