Honestly in shock this place has 4 stars. Been going here for months now. Long wait even for something as simple as getting results, nurses seem inexperienced, always packed; but worst of all is the staff. They change appointment times and dates without permission and schedule random appointments without your knowledge. So if you make an appointment at 11 they’ll change it to whenever the hell they want and if you don’t make one they’ll schedule you anyways? Okay man.

Very disappointed with the service at Sunbright Health Medical Centers. They required me to book an appointment in advance and even asked me to arrive 10 minutes early, which I did. Despite that, I was left waiting for over a 3 hours to be seen. It’s extremely disrespectful of patients’ time. If they operate on a arrived order basis, they shouldn’t require appointments or enforce punctuality. I do not recommend this place. And my appointment was just for take out my blood JUST A BLOOD TEST and the front desk a joven gentleman it’s a incompetent rude person

Not recommended for elderly people. If you just came from your country and have Medicaid, that's the place for you. If you are elderly with Medicare & Medicaid, the young girl in the front, that gives appointments, will not follow the appointment schedule that she, herself gives. Why? Personal preferences with patients that comes in. Favoritism. She gave me the appointment for 8am, I got there before, at 7:55am, even before she did, and she ignore me completely. Other younger people walked into front desk, talked to her silently, and she passed them inside. Not only with one, but with many people. And when I got there I was the only patient there, aside from the one inside that was being helped, that finished quick.. My appointment was not for a doctor's visit, was just for two tests. When
