Best foot massage. I've been to many places and this is at the top. I went on a quiet evening and it was not too busy. That was nice and relaxing. I had been there at another time and it was packed. The white guy customer sitting next to me was making moaning noises, which was not just annoying but creepy. Fortunately, my session had ended. Moaning customers should be charged at least double! The stories the workers must have between them about their customers. Judy has great skills and we recommend her

Went in today for a head, neck, and foot massage. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The massage started out very light, and while the pressure did improve when I asked, it still felt like my therapist was only putting in about 50% effort and wasn’t really present. He spent most of the time talking and laughing with his coworkers. The atmosphere was also pretty noisy, which really took away from the relaxing experience I was hoping for. I rarely treat myself to something like this, so I left feeling pretty let down. I wouldn’t recommend this place and won’t be returning.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I don’t do reviews and much less bad ones. But yesterday was…I don’t even know. My best friend and I arrived at Sun Reflexology thrilled, as our past visits were always exceptional at the location down the street in Westport. This time, however, was an absolute disaster. From the moment the massage started, red flags were everywhere. The two therapists were shockingly unprofessional, talking loudly and laughing with each other throughout the entire session, and being so rough and rushed completely ruining any chance of relaxation. The massage itself was appalling. My therapist seemed utterly unqualified, spending the full hour slathering oil on my back and aimlessly rubbing with her forearm at a frantic pace. She would also leave for minutes at a time

I only come here. But tonight I came after 6pm and they require you pay 20 percent tip. I usually go on the weekends in the afternoon and no demands. I felt insulted and forced to do something I did not feel comfortable with. They are very expensive as is. They should pay their workers more and not demand tips from customers.

I received a gift certificate for a 30 minute reflexology session (foot and leg rub). I made an appointment and they took me in promptly. The facility is dark, quiet, comfy and cozy. It seemed very clean and sanitary as well. I was lead to an easy chair with an ottoman and my service provider came to me quickly and went right to work giving me a wonderful massage from below the knees. At the end there was hot stones and hot towels. It was extremely relaxing and a great way to end my work day. I left off one star only for the fact that no one was "warm" or "welcoming" towards me and I fully believe that part is important to any small business. We all want to be noticed and appreciated. With that said, I would still return ;)
