I was panicked after reading all of the reviews and having a pretty severe case of claustrophobia and anxiety. I got an MRI today and I will tell you, don’t listen to the reviews. I would not have gotten through this without the patience and kindness of the MRI staff. They let me take my time, allowing me to come out as many times as I needed and ultimately one of them ended up staying in the room with me the entire time. For someone who needs to be medicated for something like this - I couldn’t have been more grateful for the experience I had here. They made it as comfortable as I could possibly be. I would recommend this imaging center to anyone with fears like mine.

Conveniently located, clean facility, easy to schedule, no wait time. Good cash prices. Most importantly, we were able to call on the telephone and talked to a person directly affiliated with Sun Radiology. Ginger was very kind, helpful, and reassuring. As for the many inappropriately negative reviews, I can't believe so many people don't understand how insurance works these days. You have a copay AND you have a deductible. The office has to check and see what your copay and what your deductible is, and whether the insurance has approved your imaging. Of course they have to charge you for your part of the cost. It is your responsibility to know what your insurance covers! As for people being called in before you, not everyone is here for the same thing. You are waiting for time on

I went to Sun Radiology for a routine mammogram in February 2025 because my usual provider wasn’t accepting my insurance at the time. I figured I’d give them a try, but unfortunately, I regret that decision. From the start, the front desk staff were rude and dismissive—not a great first impression. Thankfully, the technician who performed the mammogram was kind and professional, which is the only reason this one star review. After the appointment, I received a vague message from someone at their office saying I needed a diagnostic ultrasound and to follow up with my doctor. The problem? My doctor hadn’t received any information. I had to make multiple phone calls just to get the results sent over. Their employees have the best customer service training school 🏫, and the technicians who perform the MRI exams are top-quality. Thank God 🙏 🙌 for putting good, understanding people in clinics and places where our clients undergo medical studies. God Bless You. I give it a 4 we were greeted right away, took other people after we signed like 10-20 after we signed in. But I know everyone is there for a different reason. We got called 10 min after our spot time. CT scan was 10-15. Over was a decent experience not the best
