A BIG BIG difference between the Dr changs. Unfortunately it feels like Kristen has no idea what she is doing is uncaring and lacks the skills her father has. I have noticed such a decline since Rita was there and dental assistants like Amy. My family had been going there for 30 years. Are pictures might even be on the “wall of smiles” since we were in elementary school my 3 siblings and I. My mother might actually still be a patient. But literally every member of my family has seen a tremendous drop in customer service and maybe more important the care of the “new” Dr. which is why after so many years we just had to leave. My family and I have been going to Sun Oaks Dental for a few years now after it was recommended to us by a friend. I have experienced excellent care here and have always felt safe in their hands. I just finished a year of Invisalign treatment with them and they were so helpful and accommodating with my schedule. They always take the the time to explain things to me and answer all my (many) questions. :)

I absolutely enjoy going to the dentist when I go to Sun Oak Dental! I know that sounds rare for someone actually "enjoying" the dentist lol but it's TRUE! Each and every team member treats you with kindness, respect and always with a smile. They are always prompt on their scheduling time so it works amazing with my busy mom/work/life schedule. ;) 100% recommend this place!!

I have never been an actual patient of either Dr Chang's, but the reason i know them & so highly recommend them is over the past 30yrs, this is the ONLY dentist that will ALWAYS come open their office for you if you have an emergency. Even now days there's so many walk in emergency weekend dentists online. ..We just went to almost every one within a 10mi radius & turned away every time. Cash patient even. We haven't even gone in yet to see the younger Dr Chang, but she answered & we have an appt! ❤️❤️ Already loving her. I believe it's her dad that I've dealt w previously, but seems he taught her well. They truly want to help people not just make money & i HIGHLY recommend them for that reason alone. Thank you Drs!

l was a patient under Dr. Richard Chang for years before my move. I was happy with his services. I even referred three more patients to his office. Summer of 2022, l was looking for a dentist. l returned to Sun Oaks Dental. Dr. Kristen Chang took over the office. The office administrator assured me she would get pre-approval from my insurance company prior to my service date. After the service, I was billed for a discrepancy of a full mouth x-ray which the office overlooked and did not get a pre-approval. When I called and talked to the administrator about this mistake, she told me that I should allow "her" to take care of this matter. Six months later, out of the blue, I got the same bill from this office. This time, I asked to talk to Dr. Kristen Chang for customer feedback for
