The densest and dental assistants are very good, once you get past the gatekeepers. The phone system is so dysfunctional, the actual service is not too bad. But making an appointment there is like running an obstacle course. I started a phone call to the office before I got in my car. I drove all the way there before I got a human being to answer the phone. it's clean and the people are nice, but It's rough to get things started or keep things going unless you are standing right in front of them.

Waited almost 8 months for a general cleaning. They called me 5 days before the appointment on December 31, to cancel it because the hygienist is going to be off that day. WTH? Now the next appointment is in May of next year. So, basically, a whole year and a quarter for my appointment. Totally unacceptable!!!!! Never again!!!

I took Nana there as a new patient. They charged her a hundred and fifty dollars just for an x ray. Beware, they won't tell you, and just take your money. Was told treatment isn't guaranteed. Let them know. Every surrounding practice has a deal for $59 at most for x rays they are fleecing Nana of her money on a fixed income. Said she had an infection and didnt provide the cleaning or antibiotics just scooted her on her way. Throughly displeased from all the way around from this outfit. BEWARE!! BE WARY!! Carrington does free cleanings and theres a university in Mesa thats much cheaper but you have to wait 3hrs which we waited 3hrs here anyways. Came in at 9:40 left at 12:30. Appt time was 10am. Only did xray.

Many times I've gone to this place and everytime I came out worse then when I walked in. Do not go to this dentist. Every filling I have gotten from them has fallen out and I was disregarded for all my problems. Due to my hypermobility, it is hard to keep my jaw up. Yet, they treated me with disrespect for not being able to keep my mouth open. Eventhough I warned them more times than I can count. If you don't know were to go other than here, look up local places. Don't trust this company with your health.

Absolutely no customer service. I have been trying to call in since opening today. Cant even get a person on the phone. Now late for work, and since they refuse to do 2 of anything in one appointment...let alone take care of 2 cavities in one appointment, my daughter will have to just keep the cavities until we can get her into a real office. Absolutely not worth the headache..even if you do get an appointment noone will talk to you about anything they just pass people thru like a car getting an oil change. Stop putting up with this people, we are the patients, we are the ones paying, stop just taking this wild change. They have taken what used to be done in one visit and stretched into each individual purely so they can bill more and we pay more and lose more money from having to take mul
