The team at Sun Discount Pharmacy does a FAR better job of handling nuanced prescription orders than the large chain pharmacies I've used before. For example, I have a prescription that can come from various manufacturers, and each manufacturer uses slightly different inactive ingredients—some of which exacerbate my chronic stomach issue. When I explain this to large chain pharmacies and ask if they can order from one of my "safe" manufacturers, they often say they cannot be that flexible. And they'll switch manufacturers without notifying me. But since I transferred this prescription to Sun Discount Pharmacy, they've stuck with my manufacturers and kept my request in their notes. Willing to take the time to teach and explain. Always quick service even the owner gets involved. I feel like I have someone in my corner. One issue parking is very limit. They've expertly handled my prescriptions for more than a decade because their staff is truly outstanding – welcoming, super friendly, and incredibly efficient. We moved to Florida about 18 months ago and relocating was extremely stressful. Finding a good pharmacy was a difficult task. We don’t like Big Box stores. We prefer a privately owned pharmacy where you’re an actual patient and not a number. Sun Discount Pharmacy has been amazing!! We know our pharmacist by name and they’ve gone above and beyond to help me and my husband transition. Melissa is so patient and kind. She actually cares about her patients. The owner is also kind and caring and will help out however he can. They even have a drive through!! If you don’t like being a number and being dismissed by your pharmacy then you must go to Sun Discount Pharmacy! We’ll definitely be lifelong customers!
