Sun Dental & Orthodontics:Barry Chung,DDS

I just called this office due to I am a new patient, well not new new but I’ve only seen Dr. Sun (the husband) you may not know this or not if you are a new patient but it’s owned by the 2 Dr. Sun’s. The husband is very kind and very pleasant to talk to. I have a hard time understanding him sometimes but it works out. Anyways to make a long story short I had to cancel and appointment which I DID! Although I didn’t do it in their time frame 24 hour notice I did call to cancel 1st thing in the morning and left a message on their voicemail and called when they opened! Today I called to get insurance information because I lost my dental insurance card and I couldn’t remember my membership number on card. Dr. Sun was so hostile and up set at me for a $30 fee for not calling within THEIR 24 hou

Its a nice place and since I'm new a patient I don't know anyone's name but there's an older man and as he was checking my teeth he had me in a very uncomfortable position on the chair and he was shaking and the tools were slightly rusty and were a bit dirty and after he was done a woman rushed in and kinda rushed him out and checked my teeth for a second time and didn't explain why he was there and why he got rushed out in my opinion he really shouldn't be working if he's that elderly but maybe it's just him and maybe the rest of the workers are excellent im not sure

I've gone here since I was a child and have always been treated fairly and kindly. I've had braces, a pretty extensive mouth surgery, and a cavity filled as a kid. Since then I've had all of my cleanings and check-ups here. Both of the doctors are so kind as well as the staff I've dealt with. Would recommend.

Tried to call and schedule a new patient consult and got hung up on 6 times in a row.
