I’ve been going to this practice since I was a baby and my mom went to this practice growing up as well when it was ran by Dr. Sank. All of the doctors here are wonderful including Dr. Snyder and Dr. Minafra. I’ve been seeing Dr. Minafra the past year and she’s very thorough, kind and professional.

This office is great Doctor’s are informed and prepared and full of empathy. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful only thing is they are popular and you need to schedule far in advance!!!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Samantha Pozner for over 20 years, and I can honestly say she is one of a kind. Her care, compassion, and attentiveness have remained unwavering through every stage of my life. She takes the time to truly listen, explains things clearly, and treats you like a whole person—not just a chart. What stands out most is her genuine kindness and the trust she builds so naturally. I’ve never once felt rushed or dismissed in her care. It’s rare to find a doctor with both the medical expertise and the heart to match, but Dr. Pozner has both in abundance. After two decades, I can confidently say she’s not just my doctor—she’s a trusted partner in my health and someone I deeply respect and appreciate. Really happy with this practice. They get back to me quickly and usually have an appointment (in-person or virtual) quite soon when my family needs one. They offer sensible advice, never pushing unnecessary treatments but rather treating all conditions with the appropriate urgency and concern. Practitioners are all compassionate and explain things in a level of depth that I really like. I never feel rushed, nor unreasonably delayed.

This review is for Dr. Brittni Minafra DO office. I had my first appointment with her on Tuesday, September 19, 2023. Her office called couple hours before appointment time to inform me that she has to cancel due to a family emergency. I understand that it can happen to anyone. They offered me an appointment the following day. The next day I was late to the appointment by about 10 minutes as the attendant at the front of the building gave me wrong directions to the office. When I arrive at the front desk in the doctors office, the receptionist told me that Dr. Minafra cannot see me anymore because I am 10 minutes late!!!! If this doctor expects the patients to be understanding that she needs to cancel, why can’t she also not understand the patient can be late for whatever reason by a few
