Summit Pharmacy

My dermatologist sent my prescription here since they have a special relationship with some drug manufacturers and offer savings cards that aren’t accessible to many pharmacies. Within hours, I’d received a text that my prescription was being processed. The folks that work here are very kind and helpful. The Nimble app makes ordering meds quick and pain-free. I received my med in just one day. I really appreciate the service they offer!

Summit Pharmacy was great helping me secure my medication. I spoke with Ms. Zhaney; great customer service and extremely professional. I had concerns with my TriCare Insurance coverage via Nimble and contacted Summit Pharmacy directly. She was able to look through previous records and inform me that Summit Pharmacy coordinated with a third party to secure my initial order of medication. Bottom line, Summit Pharmacy secured a $0 co-pay for $1,233.00 in medication while I was waiting on TriCare approval. Astounded they took measures to fill a medication and put patients first. Excellent customer service!!! This pharmacy is exceptional in that it is focused on the customer in every way. I was so pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to connect with friendly persons who were totally dedicated and qualified to answer all my questions and solve every problem I was having with insurance, etc. They went to extremes to deal with all difficult situations I encountered in order for me to be ready for surgery. I highly recommend Summit Pharmacy!!!

Rude customer service. They sent an expensive liquid medication to me which the instructions say shouldn't be frozen. I was watching the tracking information daily, due to below-freezing temps. They sent me the wrong tracking information so the medication was delivered and freezing in my mailbox for a few days. I would have gotten the medication out the day it was delivered had they provided me the correct tracking. They won't replace the medication and said it was my fault.
