I could not possibly recommend this place more. I called on a Monday desperate for help (mind you they didn’t have availability really for like a month) but the receptionist listened to me and cared enough to squeeze me in first thing Tuesday morning. From there on I met Dr.Hackenberger who listened and took action immediately, Dr.Lehal performed my surgery hours later and finally I met Dr.LeRose post surgery for some post op care a few days later and then following up with Dr.hackenberger weekly for two weeks post op to ensure a perfect recovery. Every doctor I met was 10/10, so caring, so kind and so reassuring. Although it happened fast there was not a single point where I worried whether or not I was in good hands. Dr. Essian and her staff at the Rochester Hills location were phenomenal. Her assistant, the ladies behind the desk were all friendly and welcoming. Dr. Essian spent a great deal of time with me examining me, educating me, giving me options and most importantly, listening to me. So glad I was referred to her.

I had the best experience with Dr Hackenberger and his staff. Everyone was kind and thorough. I was ready to go with another oral surgeon and after getting a second opinion with Dr Hackenberger, I signed up with him that day. He told me in detail what the procedure would be like and what I would expect, and I was not rushed. After having a sinus lift procedure, which was necessary before getting my implant, I made the right decision. The surgery was such a success, He was able to put the implant in at that time. I had very minimal pain for the days to follow, however, I did have significant swelling as they told me I would. I highly recommend Dr Hackenberger and his team!

I had an amazing dentist. He pulled all of my teeth. The nurse I believe her name was Inga or Ingrid was so kind and compassionate. My experience with Summit at both the Washington and Rochester Hill locations from start to finish was amazing from front end staff to clinical staff.
