Summit Health Urgent Care (Westmed) - Yonkers - Ridge Hill, NY

Dr Phil was awesome. Calmed me down. Told me over and o errands again staple removal would t hurt and it didn't. 10 stars. His aide was amazing. So except for the long wait the service was awesome!!

I came into this clinic as a walk in. The office was very clean and staff is professional. The Dr that saw me was very thorough with my diagnosis. The clinic was busy when I arrived but the nurse kept coming into the waiting room to apologize and give us updates on wait times. I honestly didn’t think the wait time of 45 mins for a clinic that takes appts and walk ins was that long for this time of year considering everyone seems to be getting sick at the same time. I will definitely be returning if I need future care.

Brilliant experience from the front desk to Dr. Palumbo. Wait time was only about 20 mins. Dr.Palumbo explained all and was very understanding and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Nurse who I don’t remember her name also put me at ease right away. Definitely recommend.

Excellent experience!! Ridgehill Urgent care is an amazing place. I swallowed a surgical needle during dental appointment and came in due to concerns. I was pretty nervous when I arrived but staff and Doctors made me feel comfortable and reassured me that all would be fine. Young Lady named Heidi first met with me and she was kind, took the time to hear my story, and set me up for my necessary steps. Also, the clinic was crowded on this day and Heidi took the time to visit the waiting area to update the Patients. Thank you Heidi!! Thank you ALL for the great work and care you gave me!!

I has made an appt overnight at 9am. system said no one was in front of me in line and no walk in was on list. However, I weighted an hour. The doctor came in for literally 2 min and didn't really check me. I was then sent for x ray and ultra sound only to find out they did not include ultra sound on the report then when they called me for the x-ray they put the left leg instead of the right leg. had to go back out and wait till that got cleared. 3 hours later, I just decided to leave. I was advise that going to an orthopedic urgent care would be better, so I assume this facility fit that. unfortunately, not great experience.
