Summit Health Urgent Care (Westmed) - Yonkers - Boyce Thompson, NY

Good place. Went on my lunch break. In and Out 45 minutes. Dr Shuker was great. Very Informative very patients and very knowledgeable. If I had to go back. I would like to be seen by him. Front desk guy very nice patient and helpful. And the RN was also great. I would choose this urgent care any day.

Highly recommended! From the friendly front desk staff to the amazing Dr. Baggley and a wonderfully kind nurse (I forgot her name, but she was great!), everyone was professional and caring. Would definitely go there again for any urgent care visits.

It was a long two hour wait which I patiently withstood given that it was during the holidays and a lot of people were sick. I was also apprised beforehand.The wait was well worth it. I got excellent, professional, compassionate care and my needs were met.

I was very grateful that Allison was respectful of the awareness of mine & my sister’s heartbreaking news upon arrival. She showed us extreme care & went beyond her regular duties to treat us with kid gloves; however, it was the nature of the beast that we had to wait as long as we did to wait for treatment of my hand & head after a fall I had experienced the day before. My sister had lost her husband in a fire in her unit & she was able to be saved by escaping thru a window..very horrifying! She was able to stay with me for the hand X-ray but not for the cat scan at another location. I left to take her home. I attempted to go the next day but my GPS failed me. I will try again for tomorrow. Summitt Health did the best they could but it wasn’t good enough!

The wait time was a bit long but that was to be expected. The staff was very friendly and warm. Beside manner is huge to ne and everyone from the front desk to triage were on point. I would HIGHLY recommend this facility!!!
