Summit Health Urgent Care (Westmed) - White Plains, NY

I slipped on ice and landed on my back. It was very painful. I went to Urgent Care in White Plains. The staff were excellent and very professional. Leslie the nurse was very pleasant and made me feel very comfortable. Louis the doctor was great walking through my symptoms. He sent me to X-Ray and I was treated well and in a professional manner. Leslie and Louise took me to through the next steps and sent me on my merry way with care plan and prescriptions. Best experience at Summit (Westmed) I had to date.

Positive experience from the moment we arrived to the time we left. Receptionists, nurses, radiology technician and doctor were polite, friendly, knowledgeable & very kind. Appointment was timely, facility very clean & easy to navigate. As a patient, I felt like I was cared about with staff going above & beyond to ensure wellbeing & comfort. Thank you to everyone who took care of me today.

Excellent experience. Waiting time was short. Doctor spent a great deal of time with me and addressed all of my issues. Pleasant and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!

The wait was a total of 21/2 hours with a confirmed appointment. The nurse and pa were professional and thorough. The low review was mostly the amount of time in both the urgent care and X-ray areas

Urgent Care I had a pleasant experience. Friendly front desk personnel. The Nurse was professional and had a warm personality. The Doctor was professional and informative. I would suggest when possible make an appointment ahead of time. I was a Walk-in with a wait of approximately 2 hours. Problem free wait . Problem free visit.
