Beautiful new modern facility. Parking is somewhat limited and be prepared to walk pretty far to get to the man entrance. Waiting room is spacious and the staff is friendly. I prefer the interior of this location as opposed to their other office in Clifton.
I would give zero stars if it allowed. Do not use this facility if you care at all about your medical needs - because they surely do not. I had an appointment for a breast screening due to a lump that I found. I get to the appointment and was told that they had me down for an appointment but they could not take me because my doctor did not code the test correctly. After insisting they double check, they found out that it was correct. However, then told me they couldn’t take me because now the technician left. However, as I was leaving, I saw the original technician. So first they blamed the doctor, then blamed the scheduling department, then lied about the technician leaving. All this while being extremely rude to me. Very cold, one word answers and not fully describing the problem. Which
Absolutely horrible staff. I see doctors at summit health weekly in fair lawn which are all amazing. I had 2 appointments at the radiology department on broad street in Clifton. I had cancelled on of them 3 days prior much was an earlier appointment. I even have the doctors print out of all 6 appointments I had that month and the one I cancelled was not on it. When I showed up for my appointment that I kept I was greeted by a rude receptionist that told me I was 30 min late and I said I 5 min early. She said I had a previous appointment and I told her I cancelled it, how can I be late for an appointment I cancelled. She told me the radiologist refused to see me and I would have to reschedule. The receptionists and my primary Dr. Shah are extremely kind, however the labs part on the first floor is something else. I went in earlier today to get my blood drawn which I did, and I didn't expect to have a urine test too but I decided to try anyway despite me having gone at home. Now, this is my bad because I didn't know the nature of the test only required one person in the bathroom, as the doctor there (I think her name was Dr. Keshisha, simply told me to go to the restroom and didn't stop my sister from following.) I didn't have to use the restroom and only managed a small amount, so as I went out I handed her the cup and stated I couldn't go and I'd just do it tomorrow since I have a physical anyway (around a few drops were in the cup.) The Summit physicians my spouse and I have seen are all top-notch. Radiology, on the other hand, is sub-par. My rheumatologist ordered weight-bearing studies, and when the tech told me to lie on the table, I had to tell her to read the order again. She had to then set up for standing films. That was 8 days ago, and although the Rheumatology Dept has the films immediately transmitted, they still have not received the radiologist's report, so is in limbo as incomplete and my physician hasn't seen them. Totally unacceptable! Do yourself a favor and go to NJIN, where the films and reports are posted to your portal within hours.
