Summit Family Dental Nevada PC

We have been going to Summit since last year(2024) for my two young children (9 & 11). Both children have received excellent dental care and both Dentist are very gentle with the children. However, the real reason I am taking the time to write this review is because of the outstanding customer service that we have consistently received from Faith, the front office receptionist. Not only is she excellent at her job, she has on multiple occasions gone out of her way to assist with paperwork, explain things, or just make a phone call for us. I’m so grateful for everything she has done and continues to do. You don’t see that level of customer care much anymore and so when I do, I think it’s important to acknowledge it. Thank you Faith and Summit Family Dental for your exceptional service.

Love Summit Family Dental!! It is always an awesome experience. The staff is so friendly and personable both on the phone and in person. They are extremely patient with our large family and put my young children (ages 3-8) at ease. Kara is such a friendly face to be greeted by. Brigitta, Nicole, and Kayli all provide thorough, quality cleanings. Dr. Leinen is thorough, does NOT over treat, and refers out when needed. We have LOVED being patients here and so appreciate the friendly, familiar treatment from all!

I initially went to Summit for a second opinion and they confirmed my suspicions that the procedures the other dentist told me I needed, I did not! They were so timely in filing a claim to insurance, that insurance paid their charges before the other dentist even filed a claim! The other dentist always told us our insurance company was very hard to work with, but Summit doesn't seem to have any trouble. I was so happy with them I stayed, and convinced my husband to switch as well! The staff is friendly and professional, they are honest and forthcoming about our dental needs and they file with insurance immediately, all important factors to us. After moving from Des Moines 4 years ago and leaving our dentist of 30 years, we visited various dental offices over the course of 4 years, and I'

Everyone at Summit Family Dental is so nice. They always make you feel like they genuinely care about you. Dr. Millard takes the time to talk to you and explain everything. My dental care has been excellent. I would recommend them to anyone.

I haven’t been to a dentist in years but absolutely needed a tooth fixed. The staff from the first visit was awesome and made me not worried to come back again and again and again. The receptionist Kara is super friendly and always smiling even with a mask. Nicole was my first hygienist and she explained every step they were doing before they did it which helped relieve a lot of anxiety. Then when I actually went in for a cleaning, Kayli was awesomely sarcastic and friendly and made my first cleaning in over 10 years very comfortable. Overall, the staff is the most friendly staff I’ve ever been around, and my wife even agreed with me. They also do good and as painless as it can be. Thanks! Oh and Dr. leinen is alright too. Actually he is great too, but his starting line up is stacked so
