By far the worst customer service. Especially when you call in for parts. I know the owner of this place is waiting to replace that guy with a robot as soon as he can. what a waste of hourly pay.
Their "customer service" is the worst I have ever experienced. I have been going back and forth with them for months on the faulty PC boards we've had issues with. Terrible communication, follow up, and reliability. They don't answer the phone a lot of the time and never give clear answers. They do have nice and modern chairs, however, they have no structure in place for ample customer service for a business of their size.
we at smile 360 are a constant user of the SDS product, particulary their chairs and so far, we have had only good reviews for them. Easy to use, ergonomic and patient/dentist friendly. we definitely recommend it to any dentist looking to buy state of the art chairs at a competitive price
