Summit Animal Clinic

Called in for a cats ears to be checked. Was told they take walk-ins so I can come in. Took time to drive down only to be told the Dr. doesn’t take new patients. I asked for prices for their services when talking over the phone so there should have been no confusion whether it was a new patient or not. The Dr. might be fine but the front desk guy is way too eager to waste client’s time.

Dr Carlos was nice but they pulled some weird stuff and wouldn’t see my cats again after tell me to make an appointment for a test. I don’t appreciate them turning my cat away after relying on them

I have been trying to get in contact with the office FOR DAYS. At this point I am very annoyed. I’ve left messages. I even went over there to make an appt in person and they so happen to be “closed” on a random Wednesday. My dog has an eye infection that needs to be treated. I’ve been here before so I wanted to come again because I do like the Vet a lot and the treatment they give but the reception is god awful. I would give a zero star review if I didn’t like the vet. I would still like to take my dog here. PLEASE ANSWER THE PHONE!!

Made an appointment with them via phone just to come to the office and find it closed. The “assistant to the vet” came out and told me that the office is closed and that they will speak to the 3 secretaries that work there to no longer make appointments. He went to go ask the vet if we can do bloodwork on my dog which is what I came for. I was so confused as to how the office is closed yet the vet, his assistant, and 3 secretaries are still working. Make it make sense. It all seems like a scam and I took time out of my day to come bring my senior dog here for care.

Great experience. I called, left a message, and they returned my call to set up my appointment. The Dr was very friendly and sociable to my kids as well. My dog ears were cleaned and are much better now. Highly recommended. My wait time was about 35mins.
