The office staff is very kind and helpful which is the only reason I give this 2 stars instead of 1. Dr. Aspacio Reuel can be rude and dismissive. I thought maybe he doesn’t have an awareness of how he is coming off and tried to overlook it. But after doing a quick google review search with just his name, I see that this is a pattern that many other patients have expressed on his other practice review for several years (just google his name) . I had a few questionable encounters with him but this last encounter was truly telling. He literally walks into my appointment and the first comment he makes was a complaint that his paid staff was spending “way too many hours on a PA for me and they have other job duties and patients” and “I needed to do my part and call my insurance to figure out

I had a fantastic experience at Summerlin Dermatology! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and efficient. The waiting area was spotless and calming, and I was seen right on time, which I really appreciated. Dr.Aspacio was exceptional—thorough, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He took the time to answer all of my questions about my persistent acne and explained my treatment options clearly, without rushing. I felt heard and understood, which is not always the case at medical appointments. The Medical assistant and front desk team were also great. They helped me schedule a follow-up and cosmetic appointment. Made sure I understood how to use the new prescription. I also appreciated that they provided pricing transparency up front, so there were no surprises. Aft

I was treated like royalty on my first visit. Michelle, Trish, and NP Rachel made me feel welcomed and comfortable after I had a bad experience at another dermatology office. Great staff, answers the phone, returns phone calls, friendly, empathetic, engaging, and just an overall great experience. Highly recommend!!!

Had a great experience on my second visit here. I’ve had two in office procedures removing a bump and the speed and efficiency of Dr Aspacio is amazing. No scarring either. Very pleased.

I took my 9-year-old son to Summerlin Dermatology (Dr. Reuel Aspacio) after our pediatrician referred us for a large mole and a recurring wart. It was an awful experience from start to finish. My son was already anxious about the visit, and instead of being patient or kind, the doctor was abrupt, dismissive, and made him even more uncomfortable. He made an unnecessary, judgmental comment about my son being “tan,” then rushed through the exam with no reassurance or bedside manner. When I asked about the wart, he gave an unnecessarily graphic and frightening explanation of a painful freezing procedure — right in front of my child — and said the only other option was months of a topical cream.
