I've been with Summerlin Dental for twenty years so they must be doing something right. I chose them for their location and insurance acceptance and stayed for the impeccable service. They've always been honest with their advice, never tried to upsell, and given fair pricing. My hygienist, Jennifer, is a joy to work with and always gives the best advice. This place is great!

If you’re looking for a new office, BE AWARE!!! DR URBAN will lie to you so you can be tricked into dental treatment. He will replace your crown even if their isn’t anything wrong with your old crown, in my opinion this is border line unethical work. Then after your insurance company will send you a bill up to a few thousand. There is constant waiting over an hour for your appointment and then they push you to buy treatment, though most times the treatment isn’t needed. They will want to do the treatment the same day which is MORE waiting, at least a hour more. If Dr. Urban is your dentist there could be times he leaves the room for extended periods mid treatment. This place is amazing!! Everybody is so kind and nice. You don’t wait hours to get treated and they give you the best customer service. Jennifer is awesome and of course Dr A Schneider has the best hands! Can’t thank them enough

I was a patient at this office four years ago. I had a few crowns that after 2 years had cracks and they had to be replaced by a different office. Terrible work. It’s very frustrating when they supposed to last five years. I didn’t want to deal with them, complaining about, but recently I received billings of 600 dollars that I don’t know where they are from. The front desk lady was incredibly rude when I tried to talk to explain the situation , she was cutting me off and I couldn’t believe how disrespectful she was. Also she had no clue why I received those letters and she told me I will be called by the billing department who knows when.

Had trouble finding the office, but it's on the 3rd floor behind the elevators. Quickly greeted professionally and pleasantly. Feels like the beginning of a fruitful relationship.
