I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Polin. After a disappointing visit to another local radiology center, I chose Sibley, and I’m so glad I did. From start to finish, everything was seamless. The staff were warm and professional, the wait time was minimal, and every team member delivered exceptional care. I felt supported, respected, and truly well cared for throughout the entire visit.

Had a great experience today with a routine exam. Arrived 15 minutes before my appointment time and done 15 minutes after my appointment time. Kathy did my exam and she was great. I have come here for the last 5 years. All who have done my exams have been good or great. What set today apart was the on-time appointment. Thank you!

This was one of the most dehumanizing experiences I’ve had. I am a wheelchair user and I was treated as an inconvenience at best. They refused to allow my caretaker to push my chair back stating they would do it, but then ran me into doorways and walls. They insisted that the arms of my wheelchair needed to come off but didn’t know how to do it and again wouldn’t allow my caretaker to do it. During the exam, they expected me to be able to maneuver my wheelchair, but were holding one arm and the opposite breast and got annoyed when I told them I needed have both hands free to move the chair or they could maneuver it for me. This is why disabled people often are noncompliant with routine screenings or lost to follow up. Thankfully this wasn’t my first mammoth experience or i wouldn’t

If I could give them less than one star I would. The level of staff unprofessionalism is outrageous. The manager Barbara canceled my appointment with less than 2 hours notice, claiming that they no longer accepted my insurance and the insurance company denied an override and refused to pay. I contacted my insurance company and learned that an override was never requested. When I called back to Sibley to request the override be submitted, Barbara repeatedly cut me off to explain herself, refused to let me speak and when I asked to speak to a manager she said she was the manager and when I asked for her boss she hung up on me. Very unprofessional staff. I’ll take my records and go elsewhere. I’ve been a patient at JHH for almost 20 years but this was too much.

I had a mammogram with Fariba Geramifar this morning. She was extremely competent, explained everything in detail and was wonderfully caring. I was taken back shortly after arriving and I feel it was very thorough. I cannot give enough praise to Ms. Geramifar. She was fabulous!
