This post is long overdue, my apologies. But after seeing Dr. Susamma Mathew's Pediatrics firm with such average scores, I'm adding mine in an effort to try to drive it as high as possible, which it deserves. Our family has been going to Dr. Susamma Mathew since forever, you might say, ever since our oldest kids were newborns, and now they’re grown adults! Except for another little one on her way there, too. 😊 Dr. Susamma Mathew’s is one of the best pediatric care facilities that we’ve known. We followed her business ever since she opened it across from this new facility, on Sugarloaf Pkwy. So, yeah, this is her 3rd location, I believe. My son (11) has been going to Sugarloaf Pediatrics since birth and we love it from the staff down to the facilities it’s amazing! Dr. Bibi is also the best, always kind, informative, funny, and she truly loves what she does. She is real, honest, has my child’s best interest in mind at all times, her ability to be able to make him feel comfortable and included in the visits by explaining and demonstrating different things to him is by far more than a parent can ask for in a pediatric doctor and we are sooo thankful to have a provider like her!

My nephew saw the young doctor last week. I think her name is Dr. Caitlyn. Excellent experience and she was very patient with my nephew. My sister said the doctor called her 2 days later to check in on him. Not a lot of doctors these days with good bedside manner but she does. This was my first time coming to the office with him and I think I want to switch my kids doctor office to here. Highly recommend!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The best of this place was Ms.Alma. Ever since she left it’s been such as disappointment. You call and they say they still taking walk ins.. you make the drive to them and then they say they are no longer taking walk ins. They don’t care. The last straw for me was I brought in my baby worried about her throwing up and not feeling well.. was barley checked and told she would be fine .. doc didn’t even approach her .. 2 days later I rushed her to the ER cause she couldn’t breathe !! It’s a shame, as a young mom they will not take you serious and treat you like you are dumb. I was told I was selfish for not taking my daughter to an ent for her ear infections was told she NEEDED surgery .. went through all the appointments with the specialist missed out so many

I have been using sugarloaf pediatrics for about a decade. 2 of my 3 kids are too old to go there, and i wish they still could. They have excellent customer care, and you can tell that the doctors actually know your kids. I highly recommend them.
