Sugarland Walk-in Clinic

I went in for a truly debilitating case of impacted ear wax—likely from using in-ear hearing protection for shooting—and the team at Sugarland had me fixed up and back at work within an hour! I actually tried calling Sheridan Memorial Urgent Care across the street first, but I was met with extreme rudeness and a staff that couldn't have cared less. As someone who likes to stick with one provider, that was a huge disappointment. However, calling Sugarland was the best decision. Their receptionist was incredibly reassuring and encouraged me to come down for a walk-in. I am so glad I did! Quick, professional, and genuinely caring service. Highly recommended!

Very thorough and concerned care. Front the front desk to the Doc they are friendly and accommodating. Properly diagnosed my condition and got me on the road to recovery quickly. Walkin is convenient and generally a short wait that is important for a tight schedule. I would highly recommend!

The Sugarland Walk-in clinic offers affordable rates without insurance compared to the in-town Hospital, and my wife and I have been sick multiple times. As college students, this clinic didn’t break our bank account, making it perfect for us. I had a fantastic experience with the doctor and staff—they were friendly, professional, and efficient. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well looked after. My visit was quick and hassle-free. Amazing office! 1st they are open on Saturday and Sunday, 2nd there is very little waiting. They listen to you but also look for what might really be wrong not just what you may tell them you think you have. Staff is courteous, friendly and talented.

Great care! Super speedy fast! I went in for strep. I was seen and sent off with my antibiotics all in 20 minutes. We are lucky to have great care in Sheridan.
