My family have been patients of Dr. Ortalano's for many years. A family atmosphere, professional and great dental care! Staff are great to work with, especially Joanne! Wouldn't go anywhere else and have referred others because of the treatment my family and I have received over the years. Thank you Suburban Family Dental!

horrible practice… came here during pregnancy for a cavity as I was in so much pain. (I expressed this over the phone) Was told they couldn’t do anything about it cuz I was pregnant and I had to wait till I gave birth. Then charged me $130 (illegally bc I have Medicaid and in New York, If you don’t take Medicaid you cannot accept out of pocket payments) for nothing. Didn’t give me a cleaning , or help my urgent pain issue. Went to a new dentist, they took care of my cavity no problem. They just want your money, watch out for the state running a business like this

Disgraceful practice. Disgraceful place. My family went here for over 3 years. We paid thousands of dollars. Then we moved out of the area. It looks like there was a bill of $100 after they billed in the insurance or whatever that is. They never contacted me. They have my email. We moved out of New York. I never received any information about an outstanding $100. Despite the thousands of dollars we paid, they placed my account to collection. I come to know abut it 2 years later. It is disgraceful to treat your patients this way who pay thousands and certainly if you contacted me, I would've sent you the $100 immediately. It is disturbing how this practice decided to place a $100 for collection. Certainly not recommended for anything with this sloppy treatment. I have been trying to call th
